The Family App is part of an integrated suite  of care management tools  incorporated in the one touch Health Platform to deliver good and
outstanding care with the “Good and Outstanding Care Guide” from
Skills for Care.

Skills for Care has launched a ‘Good and Outstanding Care Guide’ to help employers be
informed as to how best to secure a good or outstanding rating when they are inspected by
the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The guide is based on real time experience of providers
who have consistently achieved outstanding results from CQC.

The OneTouch Connected Health Platform has been designed to assist care providers achieve
the highest ratings through enabling quality work practises and detailed systems of record.
We deliver specific tools and processes that enable a care provider to meet the highest
standards of CQC assessment. These have been tailored to meet each of the elements as
identified in the Skills for Care report. The mantra of “if its not documented it didn’t happen”
is central to this and we provide a wide range of tools for live documentation all aspects of
