Benchmarking

Description

This is a high level audit where your metrics are compared to sector standards allowing your performance to be benchmarked across 9 key metrics. For each metric we will inform how to compare to sector standards in terms of percentile performance. The exercise is conducted over the phone and you eill be required to complete a template document with your current data to support comparisons,
